Dr. Myska is a Graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Myska graduated #1 Academically and Clinically in his class, and was the recipient of numerous other Academic and Clinical Awards. He also received the Bausch & Lomb Award, the award given to the graduating senior who demonstrated the greatest clinical skill in patient fitting/contact lens care. Dr. Myska was included in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities on three occasions and was elected to The Outstanding Young Men of America. Doctor Myska did his external clinical rotations at The Boston Eye Clinic’s Pediatric Clinic, The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Hanscom Air Force Base and Fort Devens’ Army Hospital. Dr. Myska also holds an Advanced Therapeutic License for the treatment of External Ocular Disease and Glaucoma. His main interests are Diabetes, Glaucoma, Ocular Disease Treatment and Contact Lenses. Dr. Paradis completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maine at Farmington in 1994, and he completed his Doctorate in Optometry in 1998 at the New England College of Optometry in Boston. He has practiced at Kennebec Eye Care since 2009.
Dr. Paradis holds an Advanced Therapeutic state license which qualifies him to treat glaucoma, ocular infections, and allergies.
Dr. Paradis’ special interests are: emergency eye care (especially removing foreign bodies), dry eye management, and helping his patients achieve optimal visual function with the newest advances in contact lenses, spectacles, or consultations for LASIK surgery. Personally, he enjoys playing basketball and soccer, coaching youth sports, gardening, and maintaining an active involvement in many aspects of his local church with his family.

Dr. Kaplan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maine at Orono in 1992. She then took two years off from school, and worked in the optometry field. Dr. Kaplan went back to school in 1994, and graduated with her Doctorate in Optometry in 1998 at the New England College of Optometry. She has practiced part-time at Kennebec Eye Care since 2014.
Dr. Kaplan holds an Advanced Therapeutic state license for treating glaucoma and external ocular disease. Her main interests include foreign body removal, and pediatric eye care.
Personally, Dr. Kaplan enjoys spending time with her family, especially activities involving sports, and reading for leisure.

Dr. Lesley Sobeck completed her undergraduate studies at Ferris State University in Michigan in 2004 earning a Bachelors of Vision Science, and then completed her Doctorate in Optometry in 2008 at the Michigan College of Optometry. She then relocated to Maine and completed her residency training at Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta in 2009. She has been practicing primary eye care in the Augusta area ever since and joined Kennebec Eye care in 2017.
Dr. Sobeck holds an Advanced Therapeutic state license which qualifies her to treat glaucoma, ocular infections, and allergies. Her main interests are primary eye care for all age groups and fitting of contact lenses.
Personally, Dr. Sobeck enjoys anything that allows her to be outside and on the water, reading, trying new recipes and foods, and spending time with her family.
